Apply to Live in Our Community
Welcome! We’re excited that you’re considering making one of our Legacy Communities your new home. Before purchasing a home in our community, all prospective residents must first complete an application for residency. This ensures we create a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained neighborhood for everyone.
Our Simple 2-Step Application Process:
Step 1: Apply for Residency
The first step is to apply to live in the community. This includes a credit check and criminal background screening for all adult applicants. This process helps us maintain the quality of life our residents expect and deserve.
Once your application is submitted, our team will review your information and notify you of your approval status.
Step 2: Choose and Purchase Your Home
Once you’ve been approved as a resident, you’re free to choose the home that’s right for you! Whether you’re selecting from one of our beautiful new homes or a move-in-ready resale, our team is here to guide you through the purchase process every step of the way.
