Our Neighborhood
Greenway Terrace is well situated, as it is located on NE 71st street which is just west of NE 117th Avenue—a major thoroughfare that includes Lowe’s and Fred Meyer grocery store. Greenway is adjacent to Orchards Elementary School, which is a PK through grade 5 school.
Vancouver has become the fourth-largest city in Washington state. The city sits on the north bank of the Columbia River directly across from Portland, Oregon. The Pacific Coast is also less than 90 miles to the west.
